What is included in the rent?
For the furnished office, internet, power, heating, water, daily cleaning and the shared kitchen with coffee and tea are included. For the unfurnished office, utilities are charged separately.
How flexible is the lease?
Both office types have a minimum term of three months. After that the contract continues monthly.
Can I view the office first?
Yes, just book an appointment Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 18:00.
Is there parking for tenants?
Yes. Parking spots from €75 and garages from €150 a month can be added to your office lease.
Can I bring my own furniture?
In the unfurnished office, of course. In the furnished office we can adjust the setup on request.
