How do I book an apartment at Aachener Str. 1274?

Is there a minimum stay?
No, a single night is fine. From seven and from 30 nights the price drops automatically, by 5 to 30 percent depending on the apartment.
What is included in the nightly price?
Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and your own kitchen. Cologne's 5 percent culture tax is already included, and you can use the washer and dryer in the basement.
How and when do I pay?
Half at booking, the rest seven days before arrival. No deposit is required, but payments already made are not refunded.
Can I come by car?
Yes. There are spaces in the courtyard that you add to your booking. For several vehicles or larger vans, best talk to us beforehand.
Are there house rules?
All apartments are non-smoking and quiet hours are 11 pm to 6 am. Check-in is from 3 pm, check-out by 11 am.
